PRICING

Except for uncontrollable and/or unforeseen circumstances, customer mounts can be expected to be completed within one year from the date the animal came into the possession of HOTT. All payments to be made in US dollars. A 50% deposit is required before any work will begin. Remaining balance is due at notification of completion and must be paid in full. Customer agrees to pick up the completed mount within 30 days of notification of completion. A $10.00 per day storage fee will be assessed for mounts not picked up after 30 days of notification of completion. After 90 days, mounts will be forfeited and sold. 

HOTT will not be responsible or held liable for theft, fire, flood, vandalism, tanning, hair slippage or any other loss or damage beyond the control of HOTT. Due to circumstances outside the control of HOTT, tanning is done at the risk and expense of the customer and is not refundable. Customers will be notified if the condition of the hide from the tanner is not suitable for mounting, and a replacement hide will be offered if available. HOTT reserves the right to refuse any animal based on its condition or condition of the hide. No roadkill will be accepted. HOTT does not mount pets. HOTT does not mount birds, reptiles or fish. HOTT does not gut, field dress, or otherwise process game animals. HOTT does not do euros or antler/horn plaque mounts.
